What information should I send first?
Send the product family, intended use, reference model or sample, target quantity, destination market and the main material, branding and packaging requirements.
OEM services / project support
Vision Sports supports custom water sports product programs from reference model review through sampling, packaging and bulk production.
Start with the product
The product family and reference model determine which materials, dimensions, configurations and finishes can be reviewed. Customization is then built around that confirmed starting point.
01 / Custom manufacturing
Start with an existing product, a sample, or a clear description of what your market needs. We review the intended use, product family, dimensions, construction and order requirements before preparing the quotation scope.
Paddles are our primary product direction. We also support hydrofoil sets, surfboard bags and covers, and kayak accessories. Available options are confirmed against the selected product before sampling.
02 / Product development
A useful brief connects the buyer, intended use and target price direction with a product that can be sampled. Our team helps narrow the reference model, dimensions, component choices and appearance requirements.
If you already have drawings, samples or a specification sheet, send them with the inquiry. If not, begin with the product family and the result you want to achieve.
03 / Materials and construction
Material choices depend on the product family and model. Paddle programs may combine reinforced polymer, ABS, fiberglass, carbon fiber, aluminum, PVC or wood components. Hydrofoil, bag and accessory materials are reviewed against their own product specifications.
The quotation should identify the blade or body material, shaft or structural components, connection format, dimensions and finish separately. This keeps the sample and production reference aligned.
04 / Branding, graphics and finishes
Provide vector logo files, artwork, Pantone references and the required print coverage. We review placement, surface appearance and production suitability against the selected material and product shape.
Color and graphics should be approved on the sample together with the product dimensions and construction. This gives both teams one reference for appearance and build.
05 / Mold and tooling
Many projects can begin with an existing model and a confirmed component combination. If a new profile, component or tool is required, send the drawing, sample or dimensional brief for a separate feasibility review.
Tooling scope, ownership, cost and approval steps are confirmed before sampling. No tooling commitment is assumed until the required product information has been reviewed.
06 / Custom packaging
Packaging begins with the finished product dimensions and the way the order will be handled. Share individual protection, label, barcode, manual, carton and destination-market requirements with the product brief.
Packaging materials and carton arrangements are confirmed for the selected product and quantity. Special requirements should be reviewed before the quotation is finalized.
07 / Sampling and bulk production
Before bulk production, confirm the model, dimensions, materials, assembly details, color, graphics and packaging on the sample specification. List any inspection or testing points your team needs checked.
The approved sample and written specification become the shared reference for production and packing. Order quantity and schedule are confirmed for the specific project rather than stated as a fixed promise.

Yes. Send available samples, drawings, dimensions and component details so feasibility and quotation scope can be reviewed.
The available choices depend on the product and model. Materials, dimensions, configuration, color, graphics, finish and packaging are reviewed separately for each project.
New tooling is considered when the requested profile or component cannot be produced from an existing model. Scope and feasibility must be confirmed before sampling.
Confirm dimensions, materials, assembly or connection details, appearance, artwork, finish and packaging, plus any project-specific inspection points.
Provide the required artwork, labels, barcodes, manuals and carton information. Available packaging options are confirmed with the selected product and order.
