A 6 ft or 9 ft label is only a starting point. Width, thickness, outline and fin configuration can change the finished internal dimensions and zipper path.
Provide overall length, maximum width, thickness, nose and tail outline, and whether fins remain installed.
State the widest point, nose and tail profile, thickness and any additional clearance required around the outline.
Confirm full board dimensions, fin configuration, carry balance and the required opening or zipper path.
State board count, the dimensions of every board, divider requirements and how the load should be carried.
Materials, padding & construction
Textile appearance does not confirm its fiber content, coating or durability. Build the sample specification layer by layer and state the protection zones that matter to the project.

For quotation: Use the exact board measurements with the requested bag direction. Nominal labels such as 6 ft, 7 ft, 8 ft, 9 ft or 10 ft do not replace the finished-dimension review.
Packaging & bulk production
The approved sample should lock the board fit, construction, padding, hardware, branding and packaging. Finished bags are then checked against that reference before carton preparation.
Verify shell, lining, padding and reinforcement materials against the approved build.

Nominal sizes can be submitted as a starting point, but the quotation should also include the board's actual dimensions and shape. Availability, construction and finished internal size are confirmed for the selected sample.
Logo artwork, color references, print location and surface requirements can be included in the project brief. The final method, coverage and appearance are confirmed through feasibility review and the approved sample.
